The Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping Launches "The Defining Force” A New Two-Year Global Campaign
New campaign celebrates the horses and moments that define the pinnacle of show jumping
The Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping today unveils The Defining Force, a new global campaign that will run for the next two years, shifting the lens onto the one constant behind every title, every era and every Major: the horse itself.
Where show jumping is traditionally told through the rider's ambition and journey, The Defining Force deliberately steps back from that perspective. Names and faces recede; riders appear only as fragments: hands, boots, silhouettes, in support of a story that belongs to the horse. Told through close, sculptural imagery and precise, restrained sound design, the campaign's new television commercial studies the horse's power, intelligence and discipline as the true standard against which greatness in the sport is measured.
Launched across the four Majors: CHIO Aachen, CSIO Spruce Meadows 'Masters' Tournament, CHI Geneva and The Dutch Masters, the campaign rolled out progressively over the past two weeks, beginning with a series of teaser releases across the Rolex Grand Slam's social media channels, building toward today's full campaign launch.
Over the next two years, The Defining Force will be showcased across the Majors, digital and social platforms, and international media, reaffirming the Rolex Grand Slam's position as the ultimate measure of excellence in show jumping and placing the horse, at last, at the centre of that story.
